In New York, the city is ravenous for revenue. The only problem is their revenue are your real losses! An employee who makes a living at whatever it is he does, makes money because he/she has provided a value to the business that is then able to pay the employee out of the revenue. Cities, States, and nations "revenue" is a loss/subtraction from the system of gain because they steal from others, with people also being paid from stolen money, and cause great harm to the market and people in general.
This was the problem one hero found in New York. People were obscuring their license plates (already a form of thievery) so they could not be busted by traffic cameras (another form of thievery). By obscuring their plates, these plate abusers were able to navigate the city without risk of a roving toll booth taking a bite out of their wallet.
The problem is, the people avoiding the tickets are those same very monsters executing the city's will to devour other peoples money. This is another case of government employees being above the law as the law is only a weapon designed to imperil the livelihood of the little people who have no recourse from its aggression.
Thankfully, New Yorkers can rest knowing they have one hero. Thank you!!! Too bad boot licking seems to most American trait shared across the country. Otherwise we would have more people putting the State, or in this case the city on notice.
